On the point of Gel Seat covers; I’d suggest that, particularly if you’re going to use your Turbo Trainer a lot, that you give serious consideration to a Gel Seat cover. As with bike gloves your seat comfort is very important for indoor riding because you’ll likely be sitting in the same position for extended periods of time. This can lead to nerve problems, soreness and skin irritation. A gel seat cover, which is inexpensive, can help usually with this.
